Moore of Devizes Maintenance are currently providing a complete turnkey renewable, mechanical and controls package for a private client who wanted peace of mind when renovating their spectacular property in Wiltshire.
We provided an entire solution from an outline design, working our client and developing their ideas in to a specification for tender, selecting the correct companies for the tendering process, post-tender interviews with these companies and then the ongoing project management into the construction phase, commissioning and finally with a client handover.
The installation will comprise of Daikin Air Source Heat Pumps, a mixture of underfloor heating and radiators, domestic hot and cold water, above ground drainage, ventilation and public health services.
We are currently well into the construction phase and looking forward to seeing the end result and a delighted client.
