Refurbishment of a prominent local business was carried out in the autumn of 2014. Using a main plant room to feed the different areas of the warehouse, offices and refurbished reception area for their space heating. The client provided the heat source from a wood chip boiler and we connected the plant after the buffer vessel provided. This in turn went to feed the whole warehouse and offices for their heating and hot water needs. While this work was being carried out, the office and warehouses were still in full operation. We had to take this in to careful consideration when working and making sure the client was not affected in anyway during this time.
