Charmydown, Bath

This once derelict cottage has now been transformed in to a modern three story house on the outskirts of Bath, working with WBF architects and  Donovan Construction we helped bring this property into the modern era.

Moore of Devizes Ltd were brought in at an early stage to find the most fuel efficient way of heating this house. We used Daikin Altherma high temperature heat pump for the space heating and domestic hot water. The space heating is generated by underfloor and towel rails in the bespoke bathrooms.
