Breakspears, The Breach in Devizes

Extension and renovation of a large house in Devizes. We are completely renewing the heating and domestic services at this property along with eight new bathroom suites and an additional covered pool house. Using a mixture of Vaillant commercial boilers and Daikin Altherma heat pumps we are designing the most efficient way of heating the end users house. The new hot and cold water services to be boosted to ensure the client has a constant water pressure. 

Heating is to be provided by a mixture of underfloor and radiators.
